Are your products third-party tested?
The nutritional analyses of our products are third party tested, while the quality control tests are done at our manufacturing partner’s facilities as part of the production process.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are formulated in Singapore and manufactured in Malaysia, via the HACCP, ISO and Halal certified facilities of our manufacturing partner.
How do you ensure the quality and purity of your products?
The two biggest factors influencing the quality and purity of products are the sources of ingredients and the manufacturing processes. We source our ingredients from the most reputable and certified raw ingredient suppliers. Our manufacturing partner’s facilities are HACCP, ISO and Halal certified.
Are your products safe for pregnant women, children and the elderly?
Each of our products is designed for different age groups with different conditions. We provide the product description, ingredient list and FAQ for each product so that you may learn if they are suitable for the different demographics. It is always advisable to consult your doctor before taking any form of supplements.
What kind of ailments are your products suitable for?
Kargin has designed a range of products based on science-based studies to help our customers embark on a journey to better health. The potential benefits listed in our website, Product Guide and other literature are based on science-based information collated from reliable third party studies. The efficacy of the products may differ for each consumer, and Kargin makes no claims of miraculous cures. Customers are advised to consult their doctors before taking any form of supplements.
Where are your products available? Where can I make a purchase?
Our products can be purchased through our website or Independent Sales Partners who work closely with us to make our products more accessible. Customers may also purchase our products through e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada and Amazon.
Do you ship internationally?
We believe everyone should have access to the best supplements, and work with reliable and efficient logistics partners to ship our products internationally.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Shipping is expected to take 2-7 working days in Singapore and West Malaysia. For the rest of the world, we seek your patience as shipping may take 5-14 working days. We are currently working on establishing logistic bases in India and the Philippines to hasten the shipping processes in these countries.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping is free in Singapore and West Malaysia for all orders totalling more than S$100. For delivery beyond Singapore and West Malaysia, and for orders that do not exceed S$100, your shipping fee will be shown on the Checkout page.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a tracking number via a Shipment Notification email. You may track and check the status of your order via your tracking number.
How do I cancel an order?
An order cannot be cancelled once you have made payments and checked out.
Is Kargin an MLM company?
Kargin is not a multi-level marketing (“MLM”) company. To make our products easily accessible, customers may purchase our products directly via our website and e-commerce platforms, or through our Independent Sales Partners (“ISPs”). Unlike the many levels and complex networks typical of MLM companies, Kargin only has a maximum of three levels of ISPs. This ensures that our products are not exorbitantly marked-up to pay excessive commissions, resulting in fairer prices for our customers.
